Check out this bearded iris! Isn't it just to die for? I had the pleasure of visiting Dick and Judy Kurth's garden in Post Falls this morning. Their garden is going to be part of the July 11 Coeur d'Alene Garden Tour. I'll be writing about it soon but wanted to share this photo with you. Judy didn't know which variety it is but I now want to grow it in my garden! Stay tuned for details on the garden tour. Hope you are enjoying this delightful sunshine.
Follow-up note: I received a catalog on 6/22 from Royal Dutch bulb company. They have an iris called 'Musician' that is mighty similar. You can see it at http://www.eroyaldutch.com/detail.asp?pid=4189.
