The common name of this perennial is Sneezeweed. Now who would ever want to buy a plant with a name like that?! But its botanical name, Helenium, sounds much nicer and you can see that it's quite an attractive plant.
The cool thing about Helenium is that you get red, orange and yellow flowers all on the same plant. Pretty neat, huh? It is another sun-lover and can grow as tall as 5 feet so be sure to take that into account when you place it within a flower border.
