I thought it was time for a quick update on how our vegetable garden is coming along.
As you can see, the corn was pretty close to "knee-high by the 4th of July." Most everything is finally growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to our warm weather. The pole beans have just about made it to the top of our arbor. That's how we grew them last year and it made harvesting the beans really easy since most of the beans hang down on the inside of the arbor.
We're currently picking lettuce and peas (shelling and sugar snap), and have started harvesting a few of the Sungold tomatoes and the onions.
