Hi, everyone. Well, my husband and I have just returned from the Northwest Flower & Garden Show in Seattle and we had a great time. I ran into friends and colleagues Pat Munts, Ed Hume, Ciscoe Morris, Marilyn Lloyd and a few other old gardening friends.
The weather was pretty chilly and unseasonably snowy in Seattle but wandering through an indoor garden show with all sorts of blooming flowers to admire helped me ignore the weather outdoors and made me even more anxious for spring. Then we heard that Spokane had received over 12 inches of new snow and that the temperatures were heading for the below-zero range! Oh well, we all know spring will get here eventually.
