Events: Natural Living Show

I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the Natural Living Show which will be held this Saturday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Spokane Community College Lair. The campus is located at 1810 N. Greene St.

Tickets cost $7 apiece but if you go to their web site (www.thenaturallivingshow.com), there is a $2 discount or 2-for-1 admission.

According to their web site, "The Natural Living Show will showcase eco-friendly, sustainable and healthy products and services for those living an eco-friendly lifestyle so that we may continue to enjoy all nature has to offer.

"The show will NOT feature any metaphysical readers or psychics.  This show will feature natural body treatments and a natural wellness vendors featuring prevention, nutrition and healthy lifestyle options including  
$5 sample natural health and wellness treatments!"

There will be 45-minute workshops, sponsored by Sun People Dry Goods, on an interesting variety of topics. I'll be giving the first talk on organic vegetable gardening, which is a topic I'm passionate about. Here is the workshop schedule:
