I wanted to give you a heads-up that the 14th annual Garden Expo is scheduled for next Saturday, May 11th. This free, annual event is great fun to go to: there will be over 250 garden-related vendors, food vendors, lectures and demonstrations, live music, door prizes and so on. And parking is free, so you can't beat that!
Garden Expo will be held at Spokane Community College, 1810 N. Greene St., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It's always held the day before Mother's Day so if you're looking for something cool for Mom, this is a great place to find it.
