If you've been looking for succulents ever since I wrote the article on vertical succulent gardens, I've found an inexpensive source for you: Secret Garden & Greenhouse in Spokane Valley.
I've been seeing succulents just about everywhere and the prices range from $3 to $4 for a pot. That has seemed a bit pricey to me, so you can imagine my delight when I discovered that Secret Garden is selling them for 95 cents each!
That's where I picked up the succulents for this hypertufa container I made a couple of summers ago. The greenhouse has several different colors of succulents, so you might want to check them out.
