Here is a link to my column in today's edition of The Spokesman-Review: Space-saving containers allow for plenty of garden variety. It is a profile of Master Gardener Marilyn Lloyd who has a container vegetable garden. Since I know a lot of folks don't have the room for a more conventional veggie garden, I thought this would be a helpful topic.

The photo to the left shows one of Marilyn's container-grown tomato plants. It is surrounded by a sturdy cage to support the plant and is growing well.
